Some Gave All

A national holiday is always time for fun. What’s better than enjoying good food while getting together with those we love? Plus, it even comes with an extra day off!  That means you get to choose between a vacation, a stay-cation or just some rest and relaxation J

Although Memorial Day includes all of the above, on this particular holiday remember this fact:

Some Gave All.

As you celebrate Memorial Day with your friends and family this year, take the time to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in order to protect the freedoms we often take for granted. Teach your children the patriotism and character of those who lost their lives for the sake of not only their own nation, but of making the world a better place for generations to come.

As you do, also remember the truth of the One who laid down His life so that “no one would perish” and how that truly sets us free.
